Our Story

Stoneville BBQ was born out of a genuine love for low-and-slow cooking. Founded by me, Nic Polyblank, the brand grew from years of recipe testing, spice blending, and long afternoons spent around the backyard smoker in Western Australia.

What started as a personal obsession — perfecting rubs, marinades and sauces for family and friends — eventually became something worth sharing. Every product Stoneville BBQ puts out reflects that same hands-on spirit: made with real ingredients, tested over real fire, and built for people who take their BBQ seriously.

We're proudly Western Australian, and that laid-back, no-nonsense approach to good food runs through everything we do. Whether you're smoking brisket overnight or throwing ribs on for a Sunday session, we want our flavours to be part of it.
